Standard shipping for small home goods takes 3-5 business days, while larger furniture pieces are delivered via white-glove service within 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Lofted Goods ships exclusively to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our delivery options to more countries soon.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We partner with FSC-certified suppliers to ensure all timber used in our collections is harvested responsibly and ethically.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also monitor your delivery status through the 'Order History' section of your account.
Do you provide assembly services?
Many of our larger items include complimentary white-glove assembly. For items requiring self-assembly, we provide detailed digital guides and all necessary hardware in the box.
